Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
These terms apply when you use a TDI product (such as Xhost, Xecute, GAS Auth, Aether, or ZEDx AI) or engage Techno Developer Industry ("TDI") for a client project. By using our products or services, you agree to the terms below.
Client Projects
- Client work follows TDI's standard project lifecycle: Discovery → Proposal → Agreement → Design → Development → QA & Testing → Delivery → Support.
- Scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing are set out in a written proposal and confirmed in a signed agreement before work begins.
- Work delivered as part of a client project is the intellectual property of the client or of TDI, exactly as defined in that project's agreement.
- A post-launch support period is included as agreed in your contract; work outside that scope is quoted separately.
Product Accounts
- You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.
- Subscription-based products (such as Xhost hosting plans or SmartShield tiers) are billed as described on their respective pricing pages, in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed.
- We may suspend accounts that are used for illegal activity, abuse, or in violation of these terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use TDI products to violate applicable law, distribute malware, infringe on others' intellectual property, or interfere with the normal operation of our platforms or other users.
Availability
We work to keep TDI products reliable and available, but as with any hosted software, we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and, occasionally, unplanned downtime may occur.
Limitation of Liability
TDI products and services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, TDI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products, beyond the fees paid for the specific service in question.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as TDI and its products grow. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
