Techno Developer Industry ("TDI", "we", "us") builds and operates the TDI family of products, including Xhost, Xecute, GAS Auth, Aether, ZEDx AI, SmartShield, and related client projects. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect through tdiverse.com and our connected platforms, and how we handle it.

Information We Collect

• Information you give us directly — your name and email when you use a contact form, apply for a role, subscribe to updates, or sign up for one of our products.
• Account & product data — for platforms like Aether, Xhost, or Genius Intellectual Point, information needed to operate your account (e.g. login details via GAS Auth, order history, payment confirmation screenshots for UPI verification).
• Basic technical data — your IP address (IPv4 or IPv6), browser/device information, and an approximate city/region/country derived from that IP via a third-party lookup. This is used for security, troubleshooting, and understanding where our audience is based — not for tracking your movements or activity across other sites.

How We Link Your Submissions

If you contact us, apply for a role, and subscribe to updates using the same email address — even at different times — we link those as one contact record internally, rather than treating them as three disconnected strangers. This just helps our small team have context when we reply; it does not mean filling out one form automatically enrolls you in another. For example, contacting us or applying for a role never adds you to the newsletter unless you explicitly check the "send me updates" box on that form.

How We Use It

• To respond to enquiries, applications, and support requests.
• To operate the specific product or service you're using (hosting, e-commerce, authentication, etc.).
• To send confirmations and, if you've explicitly opted in, occasional product or company updates.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Confidentiality & Security

Internally, TDI treats client data, source code, and business information as strictly confidential — team members do not share, copy, or distribute this data externally, and any suspected data security incident is escalated immediately. Access to systems and repositories is granted individually and revoked when someone leaves the project or the company.

Third-Party Services

Some TDI products rely on third-party infrastructure to function — for example, transactional email delivery (Brevo) for magic-link logins and notifications, IP-based city/country lookups (ipapi.co) for the basic technical data above, or UPI payment rails for order verification. These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their specific function.

Your Choices

• You can unsubscribe from newsletter emails at any time using the link included in those emails.
• You can request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us — see below.

Children's Products

Some TDI platforms, such as Genius Intellectual Point, are used by students in schools and coaching centres. In these cases, accounts are provisioned and managed by the institution (e.g. the coaching centre admin), and we rely on that institution to obtain any consent required from parents or guardians under applicable law.
